LinkDM x Mavely

LinkDM is an Instagram marketing platform that allows you to automatically send DMs to anyone who interacts with your Instagram content—whether it’s Reels, Posts, Ads, Lives, or Stories.

As a verified Mavely creator, you have access to the free LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan. This allows you to automatically share your Mavely links with engaged followers to help drive affiliate sales, blog traffic, and website visits.

What is LinkDM?

LinkDM allows you to:

• Automatically send DMs to users who comment on or engage with your Instagram content
• Include shoppable Mavely links in your messages
• Increase conversions with less manual effort

Note: To qualify, you must be a verified Mavely creator. If you have not yet received a Mavely payout, you may not be eligible.

Free Access for Mavely Creators

All verified Mavely creators receive access to LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan features for sharing Mavely links. You can send unlimited automated DMs containing Mavely links each month at no cost.

What’s Included:

• Access to LinkDM Pro Plan features for Mavely links
• Unlock up to 200 past posts
• Connect up to 3 Instagram accounts
• Unlimited automated DMs for Mavely links

What's Not Included:

• Sending DMs with non-Mavely links
• Connecting more than 3 Instagram accounts

Note: To send DMs that include non-Mavely links, you will need to purchase additional credits directly through LinkDM. Learn more about purchasing additional credits.

Eligibility Requirements

To use LinkDM via Mavely, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Your Instagram account must be set to Creator or Business
2. You must have a Facebook Page (personal profiles are not supported)
3. You must have full admin access to both your Facebook Page and Instagram account
4. Your Instagram must be connected to your Facebook Page (See LinkDM's guide here)
5. Your Mavely account must be verified and in good standing

Note: Mavely reserves the right to downgrade your LinkDM account to the free plan if there is evidence of inactivity or misuse.

How to Activate LinkDM

To activate LinkDM from your Mavely dashboard:

1. Log in to your Mavely account
2. Go to My Account > Integrations
3. Select Connect LinkDM Account (see screenshot below)
4. Complete the form (your Mavely User ID will auto-fill)
5. Connect your Instagram via your Facebook Page
6. Select Save

Once connected, your LinkDM dashboard will begin loading your most recent Instagram posts.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Why can’t I set up LinkDM?

To unlock the LinkDM integration, your account must meet the following criteria:

• You have received your first payout from Mavely
• You have at least 100 followers on Instagram
• Your Instagram account is set to Creator or Business
• You have a Facebook Page (personal profiles are not supported)
• You have full admin access to both your Facebook Page and Instagram account
• Your Instagram account is connected to your Facebook Page (see this guide from LinkDM)

Can I send non-Mavely links through LinkDM?

No. The LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan only supports sending Mavely links. To send non-Mavely links, you must purchase additional credits directly through LinkDM. This ensures that all automated messaging stays compliant and trackable through Mavely.

How many Instagram accounts can I connect using the LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan?

You can connect up to 3 Instagram accounts with the LinkDM Mavely Pro Plan. Connecting additional accounts is not supported under this plan.

Can I connect my Facebook Page to LinkDM?

No. LinkDM currently supports connections to Instagram only. Facebook Pages cannot be connected directly to LinkDM.

Why don't I have access to the Mavely LinkDM Pro Plan anymore? 

Mavely may downgrade LinkDM accounts to the free plan if there is evidence of inactivity or misuse.
