If your account is identified as an Entrepreneur Account, Mavely reserves the right to modify your payment terms to ensure accurate reporting and fair compensation practices.
Why Was My Account Identified as an Entrepreneur Account?
At Mavely, our compliance team regularly reviews account activity to ensure all creators follow our Terms and Policies, as well as the Terms and Conditions set by our brand partners.
Your account may be classified as an Entrepreneur Account if your performance metrics—such as return rates, purchase volume, conversion rates, or other behaviors—fall outside the typical range of most Mavely users.
Additionally, a brand may flag an account for potential resale activity, prompting our Compliance team to investigate. If your activity aligns with this persona, your account may be reclassified accordingly.
What Does This Mean for My Payments?
Entrepreneur Accounts follow a different schedule from our traditional payment process to allow more time for data validation and brand audits.
- Pay periods still occur on the 1st and 15th of each month, but commission cycles will be paid 120 days post the end of a cycle- instead of the standard 30-day window.
- This means you may not receive payments for 1–2 pay periods following the classification change as the new schedule takes effect.
How to Calculate Your Next Pay Period
If your account was recently reclassified and you are unsure of when to expect your next payout, follow these steps:

Check the date of your last pay period and note the commission cycle it covered.
- If that commission cycle has already been paid, you’ll be owed for the next commission cycle under the new 120-day schedule.
- Then, go to the row below that pay period on the Entrepreneur Account payout schedule (linked below) to determine when you’ll next be paid.
