Getting paid with Mavely is simple and rewarding. Whether you’re starting in affiliate marketing or are experienced in the space, our payment system is designed to be transparent, reliable, and easy to understand.
Here’s everything you need to know about when and how you will get paid, as well as setting up your payment profile.
Ways to Earn
You can earn payments with Mavely in four ways:
- Commissions (Affiliate Linking): As a user, you can create and share Mavely links to promote brands you trust. When someone purchases through your Mavely link, you earn a percentage of the sale in the form of commissions. This is an easy way to share and promote the brands you love while earning money for every sale made.
- Flat Fee (Paid Sponsorships and Campaign Opportunities): Paid sponsorships are available through campaign opportunities. Our Account Team will personally reach out to users to discuss potential collaborations with select brands, offering you paid opportunities to promote products.
- Monthly Bonuses: In addition to commissions, users can also earn monthly bonuses based on their total sales volume for the month. As you drive sales on behalf of brands, you’ll have the chance to unlock bonuses that reward your hard work and success.
- Referral Bonuses: Mavely gives you the opportunity to earn even more by referring friends to the platform. When your referrals start promoting and earning, you can receive referral bonuses! For more details, check out the Referral section in the Help Center.

Payment Schedule
Mavely processes payments twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month, each called a Pay Period.
For example:
- January 1–15 commission cycle - Processed on the February 15 pay period
- January 16–31 commission cycle - Processed on the March 1 pay period
This means your earnings payment is processed 30 days after each commission cycle ends. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays might affect these dates.
Your selected payment method may also impact when you receive payment. You will typically receive:
- Wire Transfers on the same day your payment is processed.
- You may receive ACH payments one business day after your payment is processed.
- International payments may vary. You can reference this article from our payment provider Tipalti for further information here.
Please allow 24 hours post the pay period for processing to conclude.

Setting Up Your Payment Profile
To ensure you receive payments on time, it’s important to set up or update your payment information in your Mavely account. Follow the steps in this guide to get started.
Minimum Payment Thresholds
To receive a payout, your total earnings must meet the minimum payout threshold required for your selected payment method.
- Direct Deposit (ACH/Bank Transfer) - $10.00 USD
- PayPal - $10.00 USD
- Wire Transfer - $35.00 USD
If your earnings do not meet the minimum payout threshold, they will roll over to the next pay period. Once your balance reaches or exceeds the required amount, it will be included in the next scheduled payout.
Viewing Your Payout History
Stay on top of your earnings by accessing your payout history via the Earnings Page.
Log in to your account on the mobile app or desktop site and select Earnings to see all historical payouts and a breakdown for each pay period.
FAQs on Payments
When will I receive my first payment?
As long as you have met the minimum threshold for payout, you will receive your payment 30 days after the commission cycle has ended.
Example: Commissions for the December 16-31 commission cycle will be paid out on February 1st.
Why wasn't I paid?
This depends on which commission cycle you began earning commissions in, and whether:
- You have met the minimum payment threshold for your selected payment method (less any Adjustments)
- You have completed payment onboarding in Tipalti
- Your contact information and tax forms are correct
- Your payment is on hold for any compliance-related matters

When will my next payment be?
Payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Commission payments will begin processing 30 days after a commission cycle ends.
This means that payment for the January 1st - 15th commission cycle will be processed on February 15th.
If you are on the Entrepreneur Schedule, commission payments will begin processing 120 days after a commission cycle ends. For more information, see Entrepreneur Accounts.
How can I see my upcoming payment amount?
You can see your upcoming earnings via your Analytics dashboard. By default, your Analytics dashboard shows month-to-date data. To view another period:
- Go to Analytics
- Select the Calendar icon
- Filter by date of commission cycle
Example: To see the July 1st pay period, filter by the May 16–31 commission cycle.
Why is my payout lower than what I see in analytics?
Your payout may include an adjustment from an earlier earning period.
To see a breakdown, go to your Earnings page and open the payout details. If applicable, you will see an Adjustments section.
Common adjustment types:
- Returns and Reversals (R&R): Previously paid commissions that were later returned or reversed. These reduce a future payout.
- Historical Data Additions (HDA): Commissions added after a payout was issued. These increase a future payout.
If you see a lower payout, it is most often due to an R&R balance from a prior payout period. Returns processed before a payout is issued are already reflected in your earnings and do not reduce a payout separately.
Example:
If your analytics show $62 but your payout is $60, the difference is likely from a return or reversal tied to that period.
When are bonuses paid?
Bonuses are paid 30 days after the end of the month and are based on your commission earnings at the time of processing.
Bonuses are structured in tiers. Only the highest tier you reach applies (tiers do not stack).
When are campaign payments paid?
Campaign payments typically begin processing 30–45 days after the campaign end date.
This timing ensures all campaign activity is finalized and accurately reflected in your payout.
Do holidays affect payout timings?
If a processing period falls on a holiday, your payment will be processed 1-2 business days before the payment date.
