Where Can I Find Brand Cards?
You can access Brand Cards from the Brands tab in your Mavely dashboard:
- Open the Brands section
- Scroll or search for the brand you’re interested in
- Click or tap the brand to open its Brand Card
What Info Does a Brand Card Include?
Each Brand Card typically covers:
- Commission Rate: The percentage you earn from qualifying purchases through your link
- “Up To” Commission: Some brands offer variable rates based on product type (more on this below)
- When a Brand Card says “Up to 10%,” it means the commission rate varies by product category. Not every item earns the same percentage.
- Always review the category breakdown to know what to expect.
- Cookie Duration: How long after a click your link will track purchases
- Promotional Rules: Whether you can stack links with discount codes, influencer terms, etc.
- Content Guidelines: What the brand requires or recommends when promoting their products
- Terms & Conditions: Direct link to the brand’s detailed commission and promotion policies
How Do I Know What’s Commissionable?
To find out what is or isn’t commissionable:
- Open the Brand Card for the brand you want to promote.
- In the Commission section, you can view product categories along with their corresponding commission rates.
Non-Commissionable Items
Some categories provide a spreadsheet that lists non-commissionable items:
Click the document icon on the Brand Card to view which products (and SKUs), are considered non-commissionable in that category.
Viewing Brand-Specific Terms & Conditions
Each Brand Card includes a link to the brand’s Terms & Conditions. These outline the official rules for earning commission—such as:
- Whether codes can be stacked with your link
- What counts as a valid transaction
- Any promotion-specific restrictions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do all brands track and pay commissions the same way?
Not exactly. Each brand sets its own commission rules, which is why Brand Cards are so helpful. For example:
- One brand may offer a 14-day cookie duration, while another offers 30 days.
- Some allow discount codes with your links, others do not
