Having trouble signing in or managing your Mavely account? This guide will walk you through common issues like password resets, account deletion, and what to do if your account is marked as inactive.
Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t sign in, follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the login page or visit here
- Click on Forgot Password
- Enter your Mavely account email address
- Double-check for typos in your email address before submitting

Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes
If you're on the mobile app tap Login first then Forgot Password
Network
If after resetting your password, you are still unable to log in, try switching to a standard network connection and attempting to log in again. If the issue persists, it may be because your region isn't supported or unusual activity is being detected from your login.
Due to security implementations, Mavely is unable to support certain types of network connections.
Deleting Your Account
We’re sad to see you go—but if you choose to delete your account, here’s what you need to know:
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
- All analytics, transaction history, clicks, and commission data will be permanently deleted
- Any unpaid commission earnings will be forfeited
- Your account cannot be restored once deleted
To delete your account:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Account page (upper right-hand corner).
- Go to the Security tab.
- Click on "Delete Mavely Account"
Account Inactive
If you're seeing getting an Account Inactive message when signing in to your Mavely account it means that the Compliance Team is reviewing your account.
