Mavely provides several key performance indicators (KPIs) to help you track and optimize your earnings.
Here’s a breakdown of the main metrics you’ll find in your dashboard:
- Total Sales – The total amount of revenue generated from your shared links.
- Clicks – The number of times users click on your Mavely-generated links.
- Commission Earned – The amount of commission you have earned from completed transactions.
- Conversion Rate – The percentage of clicks that result in completed transactions.
Using this data effectively can help you refine your promotional strategies and focus on the highest-performing brands and products.
Is Data Reporting Immediate?
Data typically appears within hours, but timing can vary by brand:
- Most brands: Real-time or within a few hours
- Some brands: 24–48 hours
- A few brands: Up to 7+ business days
If something looks off, give it a bit of time before assuming data is missing.
Filtering and Custom Date Ranges
The Mavely analytics dashboard is designed to be flexible, allowing you to filter data and adjust time frames based on your needs.
- 1d – Past day
- 1w – Past 7 days
- 1m – Past 30 days
- 3m – Past 90 days
- MTD – Current month
- YTD – Current year
Setting a Custom Range
To view your earnings for a specific payout cycle, you can set a custom date range in your Analytics dashboard.
Example: To review data for the December 15 payout, set your custom range to November 1–15 (this matches the commission cycle for that payout).
- Tap the calendar icon in the Analytics tab
- Select your start and end dates
- Tap Apply to update the data view

Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t my data match what I expected?
If your dashboard data seems off, consider the following:
- Delayed Reporting: Some transactions take longer to report depending on the merchant.
- Pending vs. Confirmed Transactions: Commissions are often shown as “Pending” until verified by the brand.

- Tracking Limitations: Ad blockers, browser privacy settings, and declined cookies may block tracking for a small number of users.
